The story of Mawii (or Maui) begins long before the events of "Pilots of Eden." Professor Teva Mawii is one of the leading environmental scientists in the Eden star system. I'm hard at work writing his story as a prelude to the Pilots novel, and I hope to get that novel ready for publication by Spring.
